It is with great honour that we extend to you an exclusive invitation to the order of St. George Veterans Gala Dinner hosted by the Toronto Priory. This distinguished event will be held on November 2nd, 2024 at the Armour Heights Officers Mess, commencing at 6:30pm. The event is in support of Homes for Heroes.

The evening will be a tribute to the bravery and dedication of our Canadian Military Veterans, featuring a formal dinner, inspiring address, and an opportunity to connect with fellow patrons of this noble cause.

Tickets are $160.00 with a ~$30.00 tax receipt issued (receipts are issued a few weeks after the conclusion of the event). Tables (of 8) are $1280.00 with a ~$240.00 tax receipt (receipts are issued a few weeks after the conclusion of the event).

Guest Speaker will be David Howard, founder of Homes for Heroes Foundation, and Award-Winning Entrepreneur, Leader, and Philanthropist

David Howard is an award-winning entrepreneur who pioneered Canada’s first tiny home villages to support homeless Veterans. David delivers a high-energy keynote presentation, with a track record of integrity, creativity, and passion to entertain at every event. David Howard is the CEO and Co-Founder of the Homes For Heroes Foundation, a Veterans tiny home initiative; Director for Canadian Legacy Project charity, a Veterans transition charity; CEO of The Event Group, Canada’s leading event production company; and CEO of ToMarket, an affordable housing developer.

There will be a silent auction and guests are invited to bring an appropriate item(s). There will also be a 50/50 draw.

Homes for Heroes

The Homes For Heroes Foundation was developed in response to the growing number of military Veterans who are facing crisis as they return to civilian life and find themselves on the path to homelessness. As many as 5,000 Veterans are homeless and living on the streets in Canada. These Veterans put their lives on the line to protect our freedoms and now they need, and deserve, our support. With your help Homes For Heroes will provide them with housing along with the resources, services and training that will enable them to successfully transition back into civilian life.
